Sovereign by default

Programmes run under their own mandate, in their own territory, on infrastructure the customer controls. Identity data belongs to the state that collected it.

In-country, not fly-in

Offices and delivery teams in the markets we serve. National programmes are multi-year commitments, and support has to be there long after go-live.

Built for the hard conditions

Field enrolment without reliable power or connectivity, worn fingerprints, high-volume registration drives. The difficult cases are the design brief, not the exception.
