Overview
The NIIMBOT B21 is a portable direct-thermal label printer that pairs over Bluetooth with the Android handhelds and tablets used by merchant agents. Its primary role is to generate a durable, scannable mobile-money QR payment label or receipt at the point of service. At 203 dpi across a 48 mm effective width and 30–60 mm/s, it needs no ink or ribbon and identifies label stock automatically — while also supporting serialised SIM-pack labels, asset tags and acknowledgement slips.
