Digital Identity Infrastructure .
A sovereign identity foundation that takes a citizen from first application to verified, reusable identity, with the authority control, biometric assurance and service governance a national programme needs.
The identity programme needs an operating system, not just an enrolment app.
Trust is earned after capture as much as during it. The authority needs a clear view of applications, records, duplicate-search decisions, approvals, National ID allocation, credential production and the evidence behind each step.
Polaris is the operational centre of that model. It gives authorised teams the workspace to run the identity lifecycle while BioEnrol, GovPass and X-Bridge provide the specialised experiences around it.

One trusted journey, from first application to useful identity.
Each platform has a distinct job. Together they create a controlled national identity lifecycle that citizens, enrolment teams, programme operators and relying services can understand and govern.
01Prepare the citizen journey
Start online, through an assisted channel or at a field enrolment point. Polaris keeps the application and status visible before an officer begins capture.
02Capture the identity evidence
BioEnrol guides the operator through the programme-defined sequence for biographics, face, fingerprints, iris, documents and signature.
03Search the identity population
Polaris makes the ABIS decision path operational: submit, search the approved population, review potential conflicts and preserve the result as part of the identity record.
04Approve, allocate and issue
After the programme decision, allocate the National ID, manage the citizen record and move the credential or physical-card workflow forward.
05Put verified identity to work
GovPass and X-Bridge make the approved identity usable in citizen, public-sector and approved regulated service journeys without distributing a shadow copy of the registry.

Assurance before issuance
A duplicate decision is a governed workflow, not a background checkbox.
A record can move through biometric ingestion, fingerprint de-duplication, iris template matching, face matching and a final report. The programme determines the policy and review path; Polaris presents the operational state and keeps the decision traceable.
Face, fingerprint and iris can be combined where policy requires.
Capture quality is assessed before a record is accepted.
Possible matches and final results belong in the identity record and its audit trail.
A solution made of clear, connected products.
National identity programmes become difficult when every channel makes its own isolated version of the citizen record. Axon’s product roles are deliberately distinct, so the programme can design the journey and keep responsibility clear.
BioEnrol
Guided multi-modal capture with quality visible while the citizen is present.
Explore BioEnrolPolaris
Authority operations for applications, ABIS workflow, citizen records, NID allocation and card queues.
Explore PolarisGovPass
Citizen credentials, scoped verification and high-assurance signing for approved services.
Explore GovPassX-Bridge
Governed interoperability between authoritative sources and approved relying services.
Explore X-BridgeTechnology layer
The platform ties the right assurance technologies to the programme’s policy.
The identity journey should be simple for people using it. Under the surface, the programme decides the modality mix, matching controls, cryptographic trust and exception rules that make it fit for purpose.
Face Matching
Support identity verification and matching workflows with defined assurance.
Explore technologyFingerprint
Capture and use fingerprints as part of a multi-modal identity record.
Explore technologyIris Recognition
Add both-eye iris capture where a programme requires stronger assurance.
Explore technologyLiveness
Apply presentation-attack checks inside a capture and verification policy.
Explore technologyCivil ABIS
Search for duplicates across the approved identity population before issuance.
Explore technologyPKI
Anchor certificates, signing and trust services in a controlled programme.
Explore technologySovereignty and accountability
Every consequential identity action should have an accountable record.
A national identity programme is a public trust programme. Data authority, role-based access, policy controls, audit, retention, resilience, inclusion and independent oversight should be designed into the operating model from the beginning.
Policy-defined access
Control who may act, what they may see and the purpose for every request.
Traceable biometric decisions
Preserve biometric evidence, requested match type, modalities, outcome and confidence in the citizen record.
Sovereign deployment options
Deploy on premise, in sovereign or national cloud, or in a hybrid model that meets programme requirements.
Useful identity without uncontrolled copies
Release approved results through GovPass and X-Bridge rather than replicating the registry.

Plan the national identity lifecycle as one accountable programme.
